Jerome Symank – Owner & President
Jerome has been in the construction industry for over twenty years. His experience includes performing general contracting responsibilities on residential, commercial, light industrial, higher education facilities, and entertainment facilities. Jerome’s previous work with a commercial general contractor has allowed him to project manage commercial projects throughout the DFW area, Arkansas, and Oklahoma. He has a bachelor’s degree in Business Management from the University of Texas at Tyler. Jerome’s overall experience with ground up construction allows Wrangler Roofing, Inc. to approach each project with the perspective of how best to service the Client while understanding how our scope of work coordinates with all other trades. Jerome manages the day-to-day company operations while also focusing on estimating and project management.
Brian Everett – V.P. of Estimating
Brian has been in the commercial roofing industry in the Dallas-Ft. Worth area for over 25 years. Brian’s duties included estimating new, re-roof, and repair projects. Brian is familiar with and has been involved in virtually all types of low slope roofing installations, including gravel surfaced built-up, multi-layer modified bituminous, and the various single-ply systems. Brian managed a variety of roofing installations – strip retail, office/warehouse, schools, churches, etc. He also has full working knowledge of the NRCA and SMACNA details for both roofing and roof related sheet metal components. WRI is very confident in saying that Brian can provide both budget and technical expertise for almost any roof system.
Payton Williams – Service Manager
Payton manages WRI’s Service Department. He’s been instrumental in building WRI’s Service Department from conception to where we are today. Some of his professional accomplishments include being a HAAG Certified Roof Inspector as well as initiating WRI’s involvement with GAF’s Certified Maintenance Contractor program. Payton’s daily responsibilities include overseeing sales, growth, scheduling, training, and project management. Payton embodies what the service experience should be for all clients.
